Welcome to Vanderbilt Manor, a sprawling estate located just a three-hour drive from Sydney or a convenient 40-minute journey from Canberra. Situated amidst the picturesque Southern Tablelands, this expansive property spans 822 hectares, encompassing diverse landscapes including undulating grasslands, native Eucalypt forests, and granite traprock tors.

The estate is home to a thriving agricultural operation, boasting 200 Angus cows and calves, as well as 6000 Merino and White Suffolk sheep. With modern sheep yards, a shearing shed, and access to a historic 1900s woolshed, Vanderbilt Manor offers a glimpse into the rich pastoral history of the region.

The centerpiece of the estate is a charming 1930s two-story manor, meticulously renovated in 2022. Adorned with handmade bricks and covered in vines, wisteria, and roses, the manor exudes timeless elegance. Boasting eight bedrooms and six bathrooms, it provides ample space for productions. Keeping in mind this is mainly an outdoors only location.

Additional lodging options include a garden studio with a kitchenette and bathroom, as well as three small cabins nestled amidst the bush block, each offering a cozy escape with firepits and solar power.

Outside, the estate boasts an English-style garden with seasonal flower beds, rolling lawns, and a clay tennis court. The pebbled gravel driveway, lined with over 1500 English oak trees, leads to a breathtaking sculpture.
