There is a rustic outback “Pub” full of charm that sits on the property and this flows through to the sandstone pool house. Looking for a location with 2 kitchens for your next shoot? Homelands has 3 well equipped kitchens across the property, all with their own unique design. The gardens that surround the house are beautiful and well established with masses of roses, cherry blossoms, apple trees and maples, just to name a few. No matter the creative campaign, Homelands will provide an abundance of indoor and outdoor backdrops to inspire and create.

Pricing Terms

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
