Pure Locations is always scouting for new locations. Our clients require a wide variety of location houses, from suburban homes to multimillion-dollar mansions with direct ocean access.

Using your home as a shoot/event location can be a great way to generate some extra income from your home and its always nice to see your home appear in magazines or on TV. If you are interested in trying it out then we try and keep the process as simple as possible for you. There are no fees to join the agency. We simply ask you to fill out the registration form and attach some images of your home. Once we have made a webpage for your home (please bear with us, we get so many interested home owners) we will contact you with any enquiries and tell you all the details (how many hours / people / which rooms…..and most importantly how much money you will receive). You then decide if you want to be involved.

How To Register

Please complete the following form and send approx 20 images that best showcase your home / garden / pool area / front of house with driveway / bedrooms / bathrooms / laundry / WIR. We will then contact you with any enquiries, providing all the necessary details and proposed location fee. If you decide to proceed we provide a contract and explain how you need to invoice to receive prompt payment.

    About Pure Locations

    Michelle McCormac is the Director of Pure Locations which launched in 2004. With over 20 years experience in the Media Industry we can quickly establish which houses suit our individual clients needs. As the agent we will actively market your home to our clients, which include TV production companies, Magazines, and PR / Marketing Agencies to name but a few.

    We provide homes for a variety of clients, including photo shoots, filming and corporate events. Photo shoots are generally smaller teams of approx 12-15 people, TV filming can bring larger crews of 25 – 40 people. Corporate events are very bespoke and we will always provide all the necessary details for your approval. If you are considering hiring your house out, please note that we always ask the owners to stay out of the way of the crew and ideally leave the house for the day. If you are anxious about people being in your home, lots of fragile items, then this might not be suitable for your family. All the teams we send to homes are registered businesses and all have to have an ABN / Public Liability Insurance.

    Some of the things we ask of our home owners is to always confirm before a booking that your house looks the same as the images provided (we will provide a link to your webpage for reference) and ensure the house is clean, tidy and free of family clutter. The teams expect the houses to be presented to a high standard and we ask them in turn to return your house to you in the same condition.

    It is strongly advised that all home owners that register their properties with Pure Locations Pty Ltd inform their home insurance company / insurance broker that they are renting their home out for photo shoots, filming and corporate events.
