Traditional Avalon Cottage House was completely renovated about 6 years ago. The interiors have been opened up and made open plan. High Ceilings, Jarrah Floors. Its unique feature is it has a cook top in the Island bench. The house is very light as it faces due north east. It has three entrances and three decks. There are three street entrances – front, side and back. At the rear there is a covered parking spot for one car.

Location House in Avalon available to hire for photoshoots and filming TV Commercials.

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
