A sweet weatherboard cottage pulled straight from the Swedish summer beaches. With rustic curated interiors, this whimsical location features three bedrooms, a staple country farmhouse table, a full size kitchen, a breakfast bar for perching, a plywood clad relaxation zone in the backyard, a large back deck, and an outdoor hot water bath.

The Dock is a 3 and a half hour drive from Adelaide.

Location House in Marion Bay available to hire for photoshoots, filming and corporate events.

Pricing Terms

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
