Carmen is a unique, stone home overlooking Darlington’s Heritage walk trail. Italian stonemasons built the home in the late 1920’s and architectural features include turret windows, arches, parapet and stone walls. A curved external stone stairwell stretches up to a studio with plantation shutters.

You enter the home through an arched, rendered porch and formal hallway on terracotta floor tiles, leading to a formal lounge on polished timber floorboards, with feature stone fireplace, coloured lead-lights and 3.3m ceilings with exposed Oregon beams.

Additionally, an Italianate loggia overlooks a free-form rock-lined concrete pool and lush garden.

Located on just over an acre, Carmen offers a little taste of Tuscany in Darlington. Only 30 minutes from Perth CBD.

Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
