Special features include pressed metal ceilings, three original marble fireplaces, wide verandahs on two sides and large, pretty gardens in the front of the house. This is a quiet location offering ample street parking. The brick facade, spacious garden and the traditional Australian characteristics throughout make this home perfect for TVC filming.

GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
