5 Bedrooms: Master Bedroom: 1 x King Bed, Bedroom 2: 1 x King Bed (can be arranged as 2 singles), Bedroom 3: 1 x King Bed (can be arranged as 2 singles), Bedroom 4: 1 x King Bed, The Loft: 2 x queen sofa beds can be arranged for the loft on request. Please note that the maximum number of guests permitted to stay at Eden is 12.

Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
