Mai Tai is a beautiful family home with space and comfort in mind. The whole cast and crew will be able to navigate around this large home whilst capturing the shots they need for the production. Whether its fashion shoots by the pool with the palm trees in the background or TV commercials within the home, we know you will love this space. An outdoor shower with white panelling in the background would work well for fashion shoots. There is a beautiful BBQ area out on the decked alfresco by the pool and just over the waters edge there is a nice sized backyard.

Location House in Bilgola Plateau available to hire for photoshoots, filming, TV commercials and digital content creation.

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
