The house is a Neo Classical fully rendered building with a slate mansard roof line. There is a basement, ground and first floor and a reasonable sized rooftop deck with with views of Port Phillip Bay coastline and the City skyline.

The house has a in-ground pool, back terrace, pavilion and half size tennis/sports court, wainscoting. The gardens are fully landscaped with classical plants and shrubs.

The colour scheme is predominately neutral shades of grey, white and black/charcoal. With lots of natural stone used throughout.
There is also a lot of natural light throughout.

8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
