The location hire includes access to both the main home and studio space. In the main home you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, plus a cute galley style kitchen which opens out to the lounge area and dining room. From there you can step through the French doors to the home’s courtyard surrounded by lush greenery and a beautiful canopy tree. The studio can be accessed via the main home or an external laneway and is a versatile creative space with a mix of white panel walls and besser brick, a peaked ceiling, concrete floors, and aluminium doors leading you back out to the lovely courtyard. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and laundry.
