Architecturally designed and renovated to maintain some original features whilst still providing functionality and open plan living, the home features mid-century furniture and subtle industrial styling, perfect for fashion, film or lifestyle shoots.  With high ceilings and arched sash windows, the light filled main living area has a plethora of prop options for creatives as well, including an acoustic guitar, conga drums and iconic furniture and lighting pieces.

The private rooftop terrace provides expansive views across Melbourne and has all of the simple inner city rooftop vibes – industrial metal rails, weathered timber flooring and a modest table setting for a long lunch style shoot or dreamy sunset imagery.
