Classic Beach House is a classically decorated and renovated federation beach house, set high to capture the panoramic ocean views. This location house is one of the Eastern Suburbs most prized coastal homes. Retaining all its original glory and perched high up on the cliffs of Coogee, overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Wedding Cake Island. The front entrance is an incredible entry statement with its period terrazzo tiles and double columns. This location features sandstone throughout internally and externally – pillars, columns, walls, backdrops, intricate timber staircase, leadlight windows, grand formal lounge room with bay window, sandstone fireplace, formal dining room with open fireplace, enormous timeless kitchen integrating out to an outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and a sandstone swimming pool. Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
