Dotty is a contemporary modern home with coastal styling and some heritage features. It’s a crisp white weatherboard cottage. The perfect location home for fashion shoots and TV commercials or filming. It is a home which allows natural light to flood in, ideal for productions of any kind. The spacious back garden is fitted out with a modern black box extension with modern furnishings for the crew to relax on. There is also a BBQ area, a pool and a pool house with a beer fridge.

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
