Discover Rosewood, a beautifully renovated Californian bungalow in Glen Iris, where classic Hamptons influences meet the warmth and charm of cottage-inspired interiors. Set across two levels, this inviting home offers a considered mix of character, contemporary finishes and light-filled spaces, creating a versatile backdrop for photoshoots and filming.
Inside, there are many lovely features, including original sliding slash windows, a conservatory style dining room flooded with natural light, and a cosy reading nook at the base of the staircase, set up like a home library with a built in bookshelf.
Outside, Rosewood offers a generous backyard framed by established greenery, two open deck areas, and a private gas and solar-heated pool. The layout of the spacious terrace and deck, complete with a water feature and built-in bench seating, creates a natural atmosphere that is perfect for family TVC’s and alfresco product stills.
From its Federation facade and Hamptons-influenced interiors to its rambling gardens and quaint outdoor spaces, Rosewood offers a myriad of unique rooms and areas for a range of creative productions. Contact our team today to secure your next TVC, film or lifestyle shoot at Rosewood today.
